Laura's Library is a beautiful space located west on Bee Caves Road at Cuernavaca Road, allowing us to accommodate increased attendance. Beginning in 2026, lunches will be held on the 2nd Monday of each month and will be  catered. Advance registration with payment is required to attend.*

Scott Carley is a Native Texan who moved to Austin in 2003 and began coaching leaders and entrepreneurs on Priority Management—focusing energy on what matters most to drive real results. Early in his career he served as a two-term President of his BNI Chapter, Referral Masters and helped lead the regional organization for five years, growing the Central Texas BNI Region with his team.
Scott later became a Trusted Advisor and speaker for Vistage, traveling to more than 100 cities across the United States working with CEOs and key executives.
Ten years ago he rebranded as “The Change Energizer,” a role that reflects his passion for helping leaders turn insight into action. Today Scott speaks at conferences, leadership retreats, and advises middle-market business leaders on reputation, trust, and leadership impact.
