He is the Founder and President of his consulting group; Carley’s Growth Dynamic Consulting, LLC. As the former Austin BNI Area Director (Business Network International), he led his team to an 18 consecutive month award winning region by keeping them in the top 1% of 6000 regions internationally.
 
Scott has spoken in 47 states and on 4 continents over the last 27 years as a consultant to businesses and growing churches. He has written and produced multiple workshops that provide powerful and practical applications. Besides his favorite topic, Focus on What Matters, Scott also offers other keynote presentations with breakout sessions on referral networking and goal setting.
