Event Description:

The Leadership Academy is composed of 12 separate educational programs. Classes are the first Friday of each month and are 3 hours each.

This Month's Class:
Coaching – Techniques to support, improve and drive top performance.  What style to use and when. How to have effective coaching conversations. Six step coaching process.  How to get through the difficult personalities and emotions that may erupt. Follow up tactics to keep motivation high.
 

The fee for the program is:
Chamber Member: $650/Year* OR $95/Class
Non-Member: $950/Year* OR $135/Class
*Monthly installments are an option.
