Event Description:
The Leadership Academy is composed of 12 separate educational programs. Classes are the first Friday of each month and are 3 hours each.
This month's class:
Defining own and company values. Building a value based organization. Driving accountability to values and tasks. During this workshop we will be defining the values of our own leadership,and/or our businesses as well as discussions on embedding values into the organization.
