If you suffer from IBS, IBD, Chron's, ulcerative colitis this workshop is for you! This workshop will offer you tools to connect to your gut through yoga, guided relaxation and breathing exercises. It will include elements from a variety of yogic styles: hatha poses, pranayam and meditation. The workshop will also include a brief information session on how the digestive system works, and on dietary choices/changes you can make to assist in the process.
