• Limited mobility and chronic tension in your low back and hips;
• Uneven muscle development and flexibility due to swinging from one side;
• Anxiety on the course?

In this two-hour workshop, you will learn specific yoga movements and breathing techniques designed specifically to improve your game. Together we will work on:
• Body symmetry, balance, and alignment to help add power and distance your swing;
• Flexibility and core development to improve mobility, stability, power and endurance;
• Proper breathing techniques to ‘get out of your own head’ and achieve focus and relaxation.
Expect to take notes, ask questions, and move your body. In addition to your yoga gear, bring paper, pen, water, and a snack if you need it.
Fundamentally, golf and yoga are similar - the intentional movement of the body synchronized with the breath.
